[GRASSGUI] gem GUI

Hi again,

Well it seems the GUI works, even if it is simple it can install/remove GRASS
Extensions usinge GEM, the only problem i face is that it requires a
superuser mode and the GRASS GUI parser goes only to a non-interactive
terminal.

I am stuck. :)
